PAT Promise Pupil Passport – Our Personal Development Offer at Lilycroft Primary School (LPS)

To support this, every pupil works through our PAT Promise Pupil Passport — a carefully designed programme of enriching experiences and personal development opportunities that ensures every child can participate in memorable moments and broaden their horizons. Through the passport, pupils are encouraged to engage in a diverse range of activities, including camping, visiting museums, performing on stage, taking part in outdoor adventures, contributing to their local community and developing new skills and interests. The PAT Promise Pupil Passport helps guarantee equity of opportunity, ensuring that every child benefits from experiences that build confidence, character and aspiration.

Alongside this, pupils also work towards completing the Lilycroft Promise — a collection of ten bespoke personal development experiences that are unique to our school and reflect the values, aspirations and identity of Team LPS. These carefully selected opportunities provide every child with memorable experiences that broaden horizons, strengthen character and create a shared sense of belonging within our school community. Together, the PAT Promise Pupil Passport and the Lilycroft Promise ensure that every pupil benefits from a rich and ambitious personal development journey throughout their time at Lilycroft Primary School.
